eReaders Group is a young, independent enterprise that is exclusively oriented towards the digital reading market. Our mission is to stimulate digital reading from an independent, facilitating and initiating role.

Why are we so eager to stimulate digital reading? Because we are convinced of its advantages! Digital reading is easy and comfortable, inexpensive and efficient, and —above all— environmentally friendlier than reading from paper. What makes digital reading particularly interesting is the wide range of novel possibilities it presents to readers, who can read what they want, where and when they want, in a fully customisable way. eReaders Group activities include developing and managing:

• eReaders.nl, the independent website where you find not only the latest news on ereaders, ebooks, epapers en emagazines, but also reviews and forum discussions, etc.;
• eLinea, the independent web platform for high quality journalistic articles, where you can subscribe precisely to those articles that are published by your favourite writers and editorial teams, after which eLinea supplies you with the articles wherever, whenever and on whichever device you want.

With the eLinea platform, we want to simultaneously achieve two objectives which, in our view, are intimately related:

• A healthy business model for publishers to digitally publish high quality journalistic articles;
• An e-reading platform on which readers can optimally benefit from the advantages of digital reading, including: high quality articles according to taste; reading wherever, whenever and on whichever device the reader wants; up to date, interactive, multimedial articles; automatic personal online archive; a high degree of user friendliness and payment ease.
